Our Mission: The Friends Program strengthens communities by building relationships that empower people, encourage community service, and restore faith in the human spirit – “Building Relationships… Restoring Hope.” Our Programs: The Friends Program oversees five separate programs: Emergency Housing, Foster Grandparent, Interfaith Caregivers, Junior Senior Friends, and Retired Senior Volunteer Program. These programs serve communities within nine counties in NH: Belknap, Carroll, Cheshire, Grafton, Hillsborough, Merrimack, Rockingham, Strafford, and Sullivan Counties. Distinctive Facts:
