The 13th Annual Golf Tournament benefiting the Junior Senior Friends Youth Mentoring Program  Please join us on Monday, September 13, 2010 for the 13th Annual Friends Program Golf Tournament, which will once again take place at the exclusive Concord Country Club. This tournament is a wonderful opportunity to play gold at a challenging yet fun course while supporting the work of the Junior Senior Friends Youth Mentoring Program. Participation in our golf tournament supports our high-quality volunteer training and screening measures, case management and match support, sponsored group activities and outreach efforts. We currently have over 120 children in Merrimack County benefiting from a mentoring relationship with a Senior Friend. Research has illustrated that mentoring improves academic performance, ability to get along better with peers and family, and increased ability to resist poor choices.
