- Service Link. The ServiceLink Resource Centers network
consists of thirteen community-based ServiceLink Resource Centers and many satellite offices with the common purpose of
providing information and supportive referrals about resources for older adults, adults living with disabilities, chronic
illness, and their families and caregivers.
- DHHS: Bureau of Elderly & Adult Services (BEAS).
The Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services provides a variety of social and long-term supports to adults age 60 and older and
to adults between the ages of 18 and 60 who have a chronic illness or disability. These services range from home care,
meals on wheels, care management, transportation assistance and assisted living to nursing home care.
- Medicare. The Official U.S. Government Site for People with Medicare
- Administration on Aging (AoA)
- Alzheimer's Association. A national organization, this group
helps families and victims of Alzheimer's Disease. This site describes many of the organization's services.
- Easter Seals of New Hampshire.
Easter Seals offers a wide range of services such as Adult and Senior Day Health Services, Medical Rehabilitation Adult Day
Program (CARES), Social, Therapeutic, Educational and Psychological Services (STEPS), Alzeimer's Adult Day Program, Atrium
Adult Day Programs, Social Work Services, Psychological Services, Geriatric Rehabilitation, and Respite.

assistance to help locate local services. Includes toll free number for information and referral services.
- Homecare & Hospice Care Locator. Contains a
comprehensive database of more than 28,100 home care and hospice agencies. Use this resource to find all the agencies in
any particular area of the country.
