Youth Mentoring Program Manager:
The Youth Mentoring Program Manager is responsible for the oversight, development, and implementation of fun and effective programming for youth in the community, while ensuring Agency policies and goals are being met. They are responsible for managing and growing both the youth mentee and adult mentor caseloads. This candidate should have a passion for working with youth, and have a proven track record of program development.

Development Coordinator:
The Development Coordinator works directly with the Executive Director and Director of Operations to implement the fundraising and public relations operations of the agency by planning, organizing, and implementing a multifaceted and comprehensive giving program for the agency consistent with the intentions of the Board of Trustees. The ideal candidate should have experience with non-profits in a goal orientated role; they should be comfortable with public speaking and have a strong ability with relationship building.
Full time, part time could be considered for right candidate - non exempt
Shelter Support Staff: Emergency Housing
Our Support Staff are integral to the success of clients at our shelter.
Support Staff at our Emergency Housing Shelter work directly with families experiencing homelessness, providing supportive measures, resources, and general attention in a compassionate and responsive manner. Support Staff are responsible for ensuring agency policies and client guidelines are being followed. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to build relationships, and be comfortable working both independently, as well as in a team.
