Corey Fletcher, a New Hampshire native, has followed his passion for cooking throughout New England, initially from summers at the Cliff House (Ogunquit, Maine) to winter/school year stints at Baldwin's On Elm (Manchester, NH) and eventually to sautÃ© responsibility at Nantucket's Topper's at The Wauwinet (a Relais and Chateaux property). His cuisine favors simplicity that permits two or three flavors to heighten/not mask the core item in every dish.
Fletcher attended Southern New Hampshire University where he graduated cum laude in May, 2003.
