We have officially rededicated the shelter after a multi-year renovation!  Thank you to everyone who has invested in the program!

Our goal is to create a safe, warm and friendly space for kids to live, while their parents are supported to find permanent housing. Your support helps us provide shelter to more families for years to come.

 

 

 

In 2023, Friends Emergency Housing helped 28 families escape homelessness and secure permanent housing. This renovation will increase our capacity and efficiency to help even more families.

Purchase a brick for our new garden wall!  In the spring, we will be building a new garden in front of the shelter with wishes, memories and honorariums captured in engraved bricks.  Purchase your brick(s) today with your personalized message.

Become a business sponsor!. 

Adopt a space!  If you are crafty or handy- we would especially love to hear from you if you belong to a civic group or company that would like to volunteer together.

Name spaces!  If you are interested in the potential of naming a room, or even the entire shelter, we would be happy to discuss the possibilities.
